How long can I rent for? 

We require a minimum 2-night stay. If your site requires over 75 miles of travel, we have a 3-night minimum. Most of our customers rent from 3 - 5 nights, but we have had a few rentals of a month or longer. We are happy to discuss your individual needs. 

What dates are available? 

Click on the "Availability" tab in the menu bar. A detailed calendar will enable you to see what days have at least one booking and what days are still open. We do our best to keep the calendar current.

How big is the GuestWing? 

The GuestWing unit is approximately 24 feet long and 8 feet wide. On the exterior, the unit is approximately 15 feet high. We find that it is a good fit for home properties in the Tampa Bay area -- whether we situate the Airstream in the driveway or part of the yard. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The dinette area converts to a twin bed to accommodate another adult or two small children.  

Where will the unit be placed on my property?  

We will work with you to determine the optimal location for the GuestWings unit. Most likely, we will simply back the Airstream rental into your driveway and level and secure it for safety and comfort. To be sure that the site will work, we may ask to make a quick visit to your property before a reservation is finalized. 

What is the source for power and water? 

Every GuestWings rental is unique. In most cases, we will use your home's electric by plugging into a three-prong electric outlet rated at 20 amp. This way the Airstream is powered so that your guests will have all the comforts of a lovely guest suite including recessed lighting, digital temperature control (AC and heat), TV, hot and cold water, etc. We will hook up the Airstream rental to your (potable) outside water supply. 

Will you rent an Airstream for camping? 

Yes . . . as long as you secure a proper RV campsite and agree that we do the campground delivery and pick-up of the Airstream. We are happy to accommodate requests for using one of our campers at one of the wonderful campgrounds or RV parks in the Tampa Bay area. Some additional charges (cleaning and kitchen set-up) may apply. 

Is there a bathroom? 

Yes – a beautiful bathroom complete with Corian vanity, sink, toilet, mirror and shower. The shower is especially appreciated by the six-footers who find they can easily stand up to their full height. We even include the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

How will we know how everything works? 

Once the Airstream rental is set up and leveled securely, we will give you a detailed tour of the suite. You will have plenty of time to ask us questions and become familiar with the GuestWing. We have a basic instruction guide that we leave in the Airstream for you. We will also be available via phone 24/7 if you have any additional questions. 

What if there is a problem? 

We live here. You will be able to reach us 24/7. If there is a problem that needs our immediate and hands-on attention, we will show up as soon as humanly possible.
