Booking Policies

Residential Site Review

After you request a reservation, we need to be sure that the Guestwings™ suite can be safely delivered to and situated on your property.  We will reach out to you to make an appointment for a site visit within 24 hours of receiving your reservation request. 

Confirmed Reservations

The first two nights of your stay plus taxes per room will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is due five business days before the delivery of the GuestWings™ unit to your property.

  • 7.0% Florida Sales Tax will be added to your nightly rate.

  • Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We employ a cancellation policy that is set relative to the total confirmed length and first day of your reservation:

Amount Refunded

  • Up to 30 days before    100% 

  • 14 – 29 days before 65%

  • 8 – 13 days before 35%

  • 0 - 7 days before 0%

Smoking

There is no smoking in the GuestWings™ suite at any time.  If smoking occurs, we will charge a penalty fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

Pets

While we love pets, we discourage bringing pets of any kind into the GuestWings™ unit. Our goal is to maintain a suite environment that is free of animal dander and strong scents so that guests with allergies will be able to breathe easy. If pets are in the unit, we will charge a penalty fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Give us a call if you have a service animal and we can discuss if your needs can be accommodated.

Residential Lease and Service Agreement

Similar to other rental agreements, you will be responsible for the GuestWings™ suite while it is on your property. We require that you review and sign our Lease & Rental Agreement at the time your reservation is confirmed.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500 is required on the day your reservation begins.  Most customers write a check that we simply hold until the rental is satisfactorily completed.
